We are excited to share that a Children’s Rosary prayer group is forming at our parish. This prayer group allows participation for children in kindergarten through 8th grade to come together to pray the Rosary. Adults are welcome and encouraged to come to the Children’s Rosary. Meetings will be held on the first Saturday of the month at 1:00 PM in St. Theresa’s Chapel at Sacred Heart. No prior knowledge of the Rosary is needed and rosaries and prayer books will be provided. We have gone live with Ministry Scheduler Pro, our liturgical ministry scheduling program! An introductory email was sent on Aug 10 to all liturgical ministers whose email addresses we have in our database. Please note that the MSP program is scheduling only Corpus Christi Masses for now and not Sacred Heart Masses; however, ALL liturgical ministers, regardless of location, will be able to make changes to their profile (address, phone, email). This is new to us as well as to you so please bear with us as we work through the phases of learning and implementing this program. Please join us on Saturday, August 18th from 4:15 (Mass) to 9pm and we celebrate summer and our Catholic campus! There will be a free will offering dinner (pork burgers, hot dogs, chips and cookies). Beer and wine will be available for purchase. There will be activities for all ages, a DJ for street dancing and a dunk tank! The dunk tank will run from 7-8:00 p.m. with Fr. Patrick, Deacon Ross and Nancy Richman taking turns. Monies raised from the dunk tank will go to the parish food pantry! Don't miss out.... sure to be a good time!
